COVID-19 Protocol
Protocol is in place for both the client & Lash Artist / Esthetician alike
We must strictly adhere to these efforts in response to COVID-19
In order to make this a smooth transition, please familiarize yourself with the following changes
SCREENING
All new & existing clients must answer a COVID-19 Screening & Consent Form at the beginning of the service
LASH ARTIST’S COMMITMENT / STUDIO SPACE
The Lash Artist will wear a mask at all times
The Lash Artist will use the AB COVID-19 Self-Assessment tool herself, daily & commits to cancelling all appointments if symptoms appear
The door, doorknobs, light switches & tap handles will be sanitized between each client
The bed, light, & lash trolley will be sanitized at the beginning & end of each day, including between each client
Disinfectant has been replaced with a sterilant (use of a sterilant exceeds the industry standard)
CLIENT EXPECTATIONS / APPOINTMENTS
Clients must bring a mask to wear at each appointment
Clients may bring their own blanket (bedding will be removed to allow for reduced risk of transmission)
Arrive to appointment unaccompanied
Clients are asked to arrive on time & not early or late for appointments
Use hand sanitizer (provided by MetroLashes) or wash hands upon entry & after the treatment
All new, disposable lash brushes used during your service will be sanitized prior to you taking it home
Appointment buffers are in place to allow for enhanced sanitation & adequate sterilant processing times
If you have travelled within, or outside of Canada within the last 14 days, please refrain from booking until your 14-day incubation period has passed
If you display any flu-like symptoms, you must re-schedule your appointment
Late
Please reach out via email (Metroeyelashes@gmail.com) or IG direct message (@MetroLashes) should you predict you will be late.
While I will do my best to accommodate a late arrival, this may result in rescheduling your appointment for another day
Cancelation
24 hours notice is required to change/cancel
- Prior to 24 hours, you may change/cancel your appointment
- When you change/cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee will apply. This fee will be charged to your credit card on file.
*Due to the effort to reduce transmission of COVID-19, the cancellation fee will be waived for clients who cancel due to symptoms of cold/flu
Guarantee
MetroLashes does not offer refunds on services rendered. However, there is a guarantee on all work provided
If you have any concerns with the service you have received, please contact MetroLashes within 3 calendar days
A complimentary touch up appointment (30 mins) may be issued if deemed necessary & must be booked within 5 days following your original service date
